Product Review: Maybelline The Falsies Mascara

I have to say first off that I LOVE this mascara. I was turned onto this mascara by Fleur de Force, a beauty guru on YouTube.

I purchased the blackest brown color from this line. At first I wasn't sure how to use the wand effectively. I have, most of the time, been coating my lashes with the ticker sides of the wand and then using the side that is curved to fit my lashes to comb it threw and separate. This seems to give me a good even coating without clumps or "spidery" lashes. I also have no problem with lengthening and volumizing with this mascara either. I have always had trouble with transfer from my lashes onto the under eye area. This is a common problem. With this formula it seems to have been minimal which in my opinion is all you can ask for. I am overall very very pleased and can keep my mouth shut about this mascara to all my friends!

Product Review: Maybelline Dream Smooth Mousse

I purchased this foundation because this line has more range of shades. Most foundations do not a have a perfect match to my skin. I have tried this line before and applied it with the sponge that is included with the foundation. This time I have applied it with a kabuki brush. It offers a light airbrushed look while using a much smaller amount of foundation. The foundation shade doesn't match perfectly but it is close. The jury is still out whether this will be a repurchase.
