I was very reluctant but heard a YouTube beauty guru say that toners are good to help remove any access cleanser from your face as well as returning your skin to it's normal pH. I had never heard that before. For most of my teenage life and now into my adult years I have struggled with acne. I have tried many different acne lines and products to help me get through this. After all of these years I finally recognized that part of my problem was an allergic reaction to some of the products I was using. This was not just on my face but my body as well. I have made several changes to the products I use and have now added this toner to my regime. It has seemed to do great things for my skin. I doesn't dry out my skin like the products I have tried in the past and it actually smells good! After I used this product I feel as though my skin is ACTUALLY clean...unlike how I thought it was after just using my cleanser. Overall I have been using this product for about a month now and really enjoy it.

Product Review: Sephora Refreshing Toner
I have had very little experience with toners in general. This is generally due to bad experiences with them in the past. I have used several that dried my face out extremely excessively. I picked this toner up during an online purchase from the Sephora website. As you all know they give you free shipping for purchases over $50. Well I was a few dollars short on my order so I settled on trying this toner.

Product Review: Sephora's 2010 Birthday Present

I received my 2010 Birthday Present in June.
It came with three mini products.
The first was Sephora Brand lash plumper mascara in black. I thickened and lenghtened my lashes. It has a wide and thick brush.
I have difficulty with transfer of mascara around my eyes. This mascara was no different. It made my lashes look great but it didn't solve the problem I have with all mascara.
The second was Sephora Brand eyeliner in Sliver Green. I love the color in the stick. It will not apply well to my lower lash line and comes across very shear on my lid, with or without primer. This is not something I would think to re-purchase once this is used up...if it ever is.
The third was Sephora Brand eyeshadow in Aspen Summet. This eyeshadow was a plain white shadow that is good for a highlight. It is well pigmented and goes on smoothly.
Overall, I believe this was a good gift. It gave me the opportunity to try a few products I might not have tried on my own.
