I was drawn to this eye liner because of the brilliant color. I suppose the name is warranted. I purchased this eye liner in the color of Aqua. It goes on smooth and frosty. With this smoothness it transfers very very easily if put on too thickly. In the event it is put on to cover the lid in a shear sheen, it does crease.
I was disappointed in this product. I think the color pay off can be beautiful, unfortunately it is at sacrifice to the quality of the product.
This will not be a repeat purchase.
